Food Waste

Recology San Mateo County now has a program for recycling food waste (leftovers). The leftovers get composted into rich soil that is used for vineyards and other uses. If your department has a lot of food waste, you may be a good candidate for the food waste recycling program, which can reduce your garbage level significantly.
