Remove all tinsel, lights, decorations and stands from your holiday tree. Make sure trees are 8 feet or under. If it's taller than 8 feet, then please cut the tree into shorter lengths. Leave tree or tree pieces next to your green Compost Cart. After January 31st, trees need to be cut into pieces and placed inside the Compost Cart. The pieces must fit inside.

Multi-Family Dwellings: Call us to determine the best location for a consolidation of loose trees or to place a bin or drop box.

Remove stands, lights, tinsel, ornaments, and other decoration. Place trees next to (not in) your Yard Waste cart on your regular collection day. Multi-family residents must call Customer Service to arrange a location on site for tree pick up.

Pacifica Residents Only - If you are unable to place tree curbside during this period, cut up your tree and place into your green Organics cart. Make sure the lid closes completely for service.
